Resolved - Description:

Between 00:00 UTC and 05:00 UTC on April 30, 2026, Fracttal's IoT module experienced a disruption that prevented meter readings from being correctly recorded. As a result, data generated during that period was queued and pending processing.

Impact:
Meter readings were not recorded correctly during the disruption window. No data was lost; it was retained and queued for processing.

Actions taken:
A controlled restart of the IoT service was performed during the morning of April 29. Meters were successfully recovered and the accumulated queue is currently being processed.

Current status:
The IoT service is operational and stable. Active monitoring is ongoing.
